Site work, new construction and renovation of a stadium in Portland, Oregon. Design plans call for the construction of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

As of December 5, 2023 a design team has been identified. This project seeks to update and refine designs for a range of potential reinvestment projects at Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The project will update and advance previously completed Schematic Design work together with undertaking new design work for portions of the facility that could be implemented as a large-scale reinvestment; define up to 5 packages of work that could be implemented as a series of smaller-scale reinvestment projects; and develop reliable cost estimates for these options. The Spectator Venues Program seeks proposals for qualified architectural design teams to update and refine designs for a range of potential reinvestment projects for the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. The design activities under this RFP focus on: 1) updating and advancing previously completed Schematic Design work together with undertaking new design work for portions of the facility that could be implemented as a large-scale reinvestment; 2) defining up to five (5) packages of work that could be implemented as a series of smaller-scale reinvestment projects; and 3) developing reliable cost estimates for these options.
