Control Number: 2076044 East Improvement District (EID), an Oregon irrigation corporation, is inviting bids from qualified and responsible contractors for the construction of the Columbia River Pump Station for EID's Columbia River Pipeline project. Additional details regarding the project and the goods and services sought are included in EID's Invitation to Bid and exhibits thereto (ITB 302). The successful bidder will be asked to sign an agreement with EID, attached as part of the documents issued with ITB 302 (the "Agreement"). Bidders must evaluate the Agreement prior to submitting a bid, and will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions contained therein unless a protest of terms is timely received and approved by EID pursuant to the procedure set out in ITB 302. Objections to the terms and conditions made after the awarding of the contract will not be considered, and may constitute grounds for subsequent denial of the contract. EID may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and may reject any or all bids in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of EID, and at no cost to EID.
