Jackson County, through the Roads office located at 200 Antelope Road, White City, OR 97503, is seeking proposals for design and permitting for the widening of Wilson Road from Upton Road to Table Rock Road. The following is intended to be a full explanation of the County request and evaluation of competitive sealed proposals. Wilson Road from Upton Road to Table Rock Road is a narrow two-lane Rural Minor Collector Road that has a 40-60 foot right-of-way. The most recent ADT was 2,704 in 2020. The desired cross section is two 11-foot lanes with 6-foot shoulders on each side. At this time, the bridge at Table Rock Road is not within the project boundary. Engineering consultant to provide detailed construction drawings for the design details of the storm/irrigation and road alignment; environmental permits for the project, any structural design for the crossing structures and a contingency for right-of-way services for any property needs for roadway alignment. Consultant shall also provide bidding assistance. After bid, Jackson County may add construction assistance and/or construction inspection via an addendum. Jackson County had Wilson Road flown with Lidar and will provide file to consultant. The consultant is to provide an additional topographic surveying along with existing right-of-way determination.
