Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 106,000-square-foot educational facility; day care center; and laboratory facility.
Plans call for the construction of a second building at the Tarleton State University Fort Worth Campus with classroom, laboratory, office and activity space. The facility will house a Child Development Center that serves children 18 months to 5 years old while giving students teaching experience. The center will feature a Child Well-Being Center, Learning Resource Center, and after-school programs in literacy and English as a Second Language as well as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
