In 2005, the City completed a comprehensive Master Plan for Merrill Park. The purpose of the plan was to identify and prioritize short and long-term improvements for the facility. Scope includes Crack seal, colorize, stripe and replace standards and backboards with acrylic backboards on the basketball court. Install exercise equipment with poured in place safety surfacing. Replace playground equipment and utilize poured in place safety surfacing. Crack seal, colorize and stripe three (3) tennis courts. Construct pedestrian access bridge over Mill Brook per Merrill Park Master Plan As of August 03 , 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2032 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
