Site work and renovation of a civil project in Cuthbert, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of +/-208 LF of 6" to 8" HDPE pipe burst of existing gravity sewer main, +/-764 LF of 8" to 8" HDPE pipe burst of existing gravity sewer main, +/-4,161 LF of 8" cured in place piping, +/-163 VF of existing manhole rehabilitation, +/-38 VF of standard manhole construction, transfer/replacement/reinstatement of existing gravity sanitary sewer services, lift station improvements, replacement of +/-53 LF 8" existing gravity sanitary sewer main, along with additional items indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with any alternate bid items if indicated in the Bid Form. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended. This is a Section 3 Contract opportunity and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
