A full performance, labor and material bond, together with payment bonds, shall be required of the successful bidder. Pursuant to 220 of the Labor Law, the contract will contain a provision that every mechanic, laborer and workman employed in or about the work contemplated by the contract shall be paid not less than the prevailing rate of wages and provided with not less than the pre-vailing supplement which are set forth in the Bidding Documents. The contract for the above item will be award-ed by the Board of Fire Commissioners to the low-est responsible bidder. In cases where two or more i-esponsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Board of Fire Com-tnissir oners may award the Contract to either of such bidders. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and re-advertise for new bids in its discretion and/ or to waive any informality in any bid which it deems immaterial in nature.
