The College Park desires to solicit competitive proposals from responsible vendors to provide engineering consultant services (e.g., water line design, sewer line design, design, surveying, land acquisition, permitting, construction management, etc.) for the Departments of Engineering and Public Works, College Park, Georgia for a one-year period, with the option to extend the contract for four additional one-year terms if agreed upon by all parties. The College Park Departments of Engineering and Public Works seeks to enter into an annual contract (on-call services) with up to three professional engineering firms that would provide oncall engineering services related to the design, street, roadway and construction of water/water models and wastewater projects within College Park. Projects may be funded from local, state, and federal sources.
