The major items of work include: Improvements include construction of a 275,000-gallon ground storage tank, chemical building, booster pumps, electrical controls, and disinfection system. Work also includes providing and installing 8-inch water line by trenchless construction underneath Halls Bayou.Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of FOREST HILLS MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves theright to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract
