The complete and other related work for SCLA INDUSTRIAL SEWER MANHOLE REHABILITATION, PROJECT BM20-018. This project's principal items of work includes repair of deteriorated industrial manholes within SCLA, corroded from the chemicals dissolved in industrial wastewaters; and preparation of those manholes, in terms of cleaning, leakage & invert repairs and cement restoration; for installation of protective epoxy coatings and performance of relevant tests and inspections. Work is located within the Southern California Logistics Airport, based at 18374 Phantom West, Victorville, CA 92394. Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a Corporate Surety Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The contract for this work will require a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder must possess a valid Class A or a C-34 (Pipeline Contractor) California Contractor's License and herein below listed certifications at the time of the award of this contract, to complete the work as described; any contractor not licensed shall be subject to the penalties imposed by such laws. 1.
