Scope of Work includes: 1,230 LF of 6-inch through 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 800 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 1,250 LF of 12-inch RCP through 36-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
