For Rome Rock Creek Bike Trail Parking Lot For the Rome Rock Creek Bike Trail Parking Lot for use by the Ashtabula County Engineer's Department, in accordance with the specifications on file in the Engineer's Office on Quotation # ACMPB 1701.
