Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Dixon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The installation of a new electrical panels and transformers and the installation of new underground Outside Plant (OSP) fiber cabling and other associated work. A. This Specification and the associated drawings govern furnishing, installing, testing and placing into satisfactory operation the Electrical Systems. B. The Contractor shall furnish and install all new materials as indicated on the drawings, and/or in these specifications, and all items required to make his portion of the Electrical Work a finished and working system. C. Description of Systems shall be as follows: 1. Electrical power system to and including equipment, devices, etc. 2. Revisions to the existing grounding system. 3. Removal work and/or relocation and reuse of existing systems and equipment. 4. Technology Systems as described in Division 27/28 and on the T-series documents as described in the Suggested Matrix of Scope Responsibility. D. Work Not Included: 1. Telecommunications cabling will be by Division 27, in raceways and conduits furnished and installed as part of the Electrical work.
