Site work for a water / sewer project in Arlington, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following major work items: 1,500 linear feet (LF) of gravity wastewater line (48-inch, and less, in diameter); 185 LF of 60-inch gravity wastewater line by open cut; 7,000 LF of 72-inch gravity wastewater line by open cut; 1,100 LF of 72-inch gravity wastewater line by other than open cut; 35 manholes; Two polymer concrete junction structures; One 460 LF 3-barrel siphon system; and Five aerial crossings to be remove The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any immaterial formalities on inconsistencies in its sole judgement. Award shall be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder; however, the Authority reserves the right, after evaluation of all bids received, to make no recommendation to its Board of Directors regarding the award of any bid in the event non-responsive, non-conforming, or otherwise unacceptable bids are received, or if budgetary constraints or other unanticipated factors exist. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are opened.
