Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

CDA has identified the following as the basic Scope of Services for this Project. - Replace five existing 50-ton rooftop units (RTUs) with new 70-ton single zone variable-airvolume RTUs - Replace existing 3-ton RTU serving Box Office Area with new "like-for-like" unit - Provide and install new furnace / condensing unit split system above ceiling of Green Room - Provide and install new 45,000 cubic feet per minute (CFM) make-up air unit to serve Arena Area - Provide and install four new 11,250 CFM power roof exhausters to serve Arena Area - Provide and install one new 300 CFM exhaust fan to serve Comm Room - Provide and install new multi-split air conditioning system to serve Box Office Area - Design, provide and install new building automation system (BAS) controls for entire HVAC system (new and existing).
