The work under Contract No. 2019-03 generally consists of the trenchless CIPP lining of approximately 700 LF of 15-inch, 24-inch and 30-inch storm sewer pipe using the steam cure method. A certified check payable to South Strabane Township or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected.
