Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Missouri City, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Construction of Lake Olympia Parkway Bridge. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The District may not accept this bid until it has received from the bidder a completed, signed, and notarized TEC Form 1295 complete with a certificate number assigned by the Texas Ethics Commission ("TEC"), pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908 and the rules promulgated thereunder by the TEC. Failure to provide said form complete with a certificate number assigned by the TEC will result in a non-conforming bid and will prohibit the District from considering this bid for acceptance. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
