Title: Repair Electrical Redundancy, Building 85125, CCAFS, FL Project Number: DBEH 17-1612 Place of Performance: Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, FL (CCAFS) Brief Description of work: This acquisition is for a Single-Award Construction contract providing all materials, labor, and equipment to repair electrical redundancy system supporting Cape Headquarters Building 85125, by replacement of 4160-volt generator with correct-sized 480-volt generator and connections. Contract to also include repair by replacement of transformers DLOC1 and DLOI2 with each transformer sized to handle the full load of the facility, and design of the low-voltage electrical system to include ATS, panels, critical service main breakers, and wiring so in the event of power loss on one feed, the full power would automatically transfer to the alternate feed. In the event that both feeds were lost, the generator would automatically start and supply power to the facility.
