In Accordance With N.j.s.a. 52:32-2, This Project Shall Be Bid as a Single Bid (Lump Sum All Trades). Bidder Must Be Classified Themselves or Name Their Classified Subcontractor(S) for the Following Trade(S): Plumbing (C030) Hvacr (C032) Electrical (C047) Failure To List Classified Sub-Contractors Will Deem The Bid Non-Responsive. A list of Classified Contractors / Sub-Contractors are available electronically. All fees are non-refundable and must be received by the Division before documents will be released. Note: This contract includes a goal of awarding 25 percent of the total contract value to either a prime or subcontract level. The Low Bidder must produce copies of approval notice from the Division of Minority & Women Business Development designating the prime or subcontracting firm as a Small Business Enterprise prior to the award of contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. 1 The Proposal, when submitted, shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond satisfactory to the Director, for the sum of not less than fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid including alternates, if applicable.
