Site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

** As of November 25, 2019, per owner "this project has been award but the start and end date was not given. It is going thru council now." ** Estimated $250,000-$1,000,000 depending on base bid + additives. This bid is for the purpose of procuring construction services for the repair and installation of boulder bank protection structures, channel excavation, backfill and grading, installation of willow and cottonwood pole plantings, and other erosion protection improvements in the Santa Fe River between the Ricardo St. pedestrian bridge and the vicinity of the Call Don Jose Storm Drain Outfall. Bidders are invited to submit Base Bid and bids on four (4) Additive Alternatives. Two sets of construction drawings are referenced in this project. The drawings titled Santa Fe River Flood Damage Repair dated 6/28/2019 contain all proposed work for the Base Bid, Additive Alternatives 1-2, and part of Additive Alternative No. 3. The drawings titled Santa Fe River & Trail (Phase 3b) River Bank and Rock Rundown Repairs dated June 29, 2018 contain the remaining part of Additive Alternative No. 3 and all of Additive Alternative No. 4. The Base Bid includes the repair work identified in drawings dated 6/28/2019 for the cross vane structures located downstream of Ricardo Street pedestrian bridge (Areas 1-4) and the boulder bank stabilization located in the vicinity of the Calle Don Jose Storm Drain Outfall (Area 12). Additive Alternative No. 1 to the Base Bid includes the repair work identified in drawings dated 6/28/2019 for the existing cross vane located in Santa Fe River approximately 300 feet downstream of Alejandro Street (Area 8) and the existing boulder cluster located approximately 180 feet upstream of the Call Don Jose Strom Drain Outfall (Area 11). Additive Alternative No. 2 to the Base Bid includes the work identified in drawings dated 6/28/2019 for rehabilitation of two stormwater rundown channels (one existing and one proposed) flowing into the Santa Fe River from the south terrace (Area 9 and Area 10). Additive Alternative No. 3 to the Base Bid includes the work identified in drawings dated 6/28/2019 for a proposed stormwater rundown channel flowing into the Santa Fe River from south terrace approximately 75 feet downstream of Ricardo Bridge (Area 5) and the work identified in drawings dated 6/29/2018 for the rehabilitation of the Alejandro Street Stormwater Channel Rundown. Additive Alternative No. 4 to the Base Bid includes the work identified in drawings dated 6/29/2018 for the reconstruction of a stormwater drainage rundown feature at the end of La Joya Street on the south bank of the Santa Fe River, including boulder stabilization structures and installation of willow and cottonwood pole plantings and other drainage improvements. Additive Alternative No. 4 also includes the installation of a boulder retaining wall along south bank slope of Santa Fe River, including boulder stabilization structures and installation of willow and cottonwood pole plantings. The bidders attention is directed to the fact that all applicable Federal Laws, State Laws, Municipal Ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over said item shall apply to the bid throughout, and they will be deemed to be included in the bid document the same as though herein written out in full.
