ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. September 19, 2019. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
