Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
For the 236 Street Pump Station Replacement project. The work generally consists of site clearing and grading, retaining wall construction, a new single storey pump station building with equipment and instrumentation for pump, electrical, and chemical rooms, a standby generator, water main installation and connection to the existing water system, site drainage, and security. The work also consists of road upgrades to the property frontage including road widening, ditch infill, curb and gutter, road drainage, separated sidewalks, driveway letdown, street lights and street trees.
