DEP wishes to engage a consultant to provide facility planning services, design services, design services during construction and design services during closeout for the Dechlorination Facility at Hunts Point Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility ("HP WRRF") in the Bronx. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Proposers must be authorized to practice engineering in the State of New York. A copy of the proposer's "Certificate of Authorization to provide Professional Engineering Services in New York State" issued by the New York State Education Department, Office of the Professions, must be included with the proposal. Proposals that fail to include the "Certificate of Authorization" may be deemed non-responsive. Proposers must also submit proof of licensure to practicing engineering in the State of New York for key personnel. Firms that fail to submit proof of licensure for its key personnel to practice engineering in the State of New York may be deemed non-responsive.
