Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; 3,200-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

Joint Public Works Salt Shed. A hard copy of the documents will also be available for review at the Borough office. Bids must include a bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount, and various other documents. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Questions may be submitted through tab on or before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered plan holders. The Borough of Trappe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions of and to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
