Provide all storefront material and labor to include all glass incorporated storefront door frames, doors and door hardware. Reference Architectural drawings & specifications for dimension, elevations, door schedule and details. Minority and small vendor participation encouraged. Minor Construction (Under $50,000). The University of South Carolina is currently renovating the 5th floor of 1244 Blossom Street for the department of admissions. Bidder is to provide all related materials, labor, and accessories required in order to install a complete storefront system. Project consist of renovating roughly 15,500 SF where multiple configurations of aluminum storefront systems are to be installed in office walls. Scope consists of providing and installing a Wilson Partitions system or equivalent in various locations as part of the renovation. Owner has selected a Medium Bronze (AB-5) finish from the Wilson Partitions color selection chart. Equal or equivalent substitutions of the Wilson Partitions storefront system will be allowed but must be approved by owner prior to bid opening. Bidder is responsible for providing and installing all the glass as part of the storefront system to include standalone transom window systems. Bidder is also responsible for providing and installing all doorframes, doors and door hardware where the door system is incorporated into the storefront system. All mortise housing cylinders and I.C. key cores for door locking mechanisms will be provided and installed by owner. All required metal stud framing and sheetrock work will be done by others prior to storefront installation. Ail wood doors and frames will be supplied and installed by others.
