Renovation of an educational facility in Alvin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This work is in preparation for subsequent mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work scheduled for 2020. This work consists of campus-wide mechanical valve replacement (CHW and HHW), underground CHW pipe taps for future expansion, domestic water valve replacement (CW and HW), select sanitary sewer liners and replacement, two (2) medium voltage switch installations (owner provided and contractor installed), one(1) transformer replacement, some electrical maintenance, and all associated work.
