As of July 15, 2020, the Illinois Toll Highway Authority THA is giving its notice of intent to amend its contract with Plote Construction/Dunnet Bay JV to provide for Waterproofing Membrane Supplement 1 for work related to I-294 Roadway-Bridge Widening & Rehabilitation. Original Contract Award Amount: $61,884,856.35 Cost of Extra Work Order: $77,344.31 Description - The circumstances said to necessitate the change in performance were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was signed. Contractor - Plote Construction, Inc. / Dunnet Bay Construction Co., JV - Dan Plote - 1100 Brandt Drive, Hoffman Estates, IL 60192 - (847) 628-6061 - (847) 695-9317 The work under this Contract shall consist of: Roadway and Bridge Widening and Rehabilitation, Tri-State Tollway (I294) Wolf Road to Balmoral Avenue M.P. 36.3 to M.P. 39.8 Station 1917+81.50 to Station 2104+00.00.
