Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 85,000-square-foot, six-story above grade educational facility.

As of November 19, 2019 the Penn State's Board of Trustees approved final plans and funding for a new innovation and maker-space center in downtown State College. The 85,000-square-foot building is expected to be completed in the spring of 2021. The existing James Building located at 123 S Burrowes Street will be demolished, and a new 6-story, 85,000 SF building with one level of below grade parking will be constructed in its place. The new James Building will serve as an innovation and technology hub for the University.
