The Town of Glocester, Rhode Island is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified consultants to develop a targeted revitalization plan for Chepachet Village. Any inquiries concerning the request for proposals should be addressed in writing to Diane L. Brennan, Finance Director. To be considered, five (5) copies of a proposal must be received in the Treasurers Office in the Town of Glocester, Treasurers Office, 1145 Putnam Pike, P.O. Box B, Chepachet, RI, 02814, by 3:00 p.m. on October 21, 2019. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. The budget for this project is approximately $60,000. Provide a detailed, description of the tasks to be undertaken to achieve the Town desired outcomes. Such description should include details regarding the property assessment process, how work products and deliverables will be prepared, reviewed and revised, the number of meetings the Consultant will attend, and any other pertinent details reflective of the Consultant approach to the project. The consultant shall propose a schedule for completing the proposed Scope of Services. The proposed schedule will be assessed for timeliness and realism as part of the proposal review process. A final schedule of tasks and deliverables, based on what is contained within the proposal, will be agreed upon as part of the executed contract. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
