As of Oct 29,2019 project has been awarded to the lowest bidder which is ASB Utilities,LLC. amount of $401,455.00. Sewer Sub-Basin All prices and notations must be in ink or typewritten. Each item must be priced separately. Unit price shall be shown and a total price shall be entered for each item bid. Errors may be crossed out and corrections printed in ink or typewritten and initialed in ink by person signing bid. If there is an error in the extension, the unit price will govern. Bids, modifications, or corrections received after the closing time on the "Due Date" will be considered late and will be considered non responsive. Facsimile or e-mail transmission of bids to purchasing will not be considered. Bid security percent:5% An acceptable performance/payment bond equal to 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. The successful bidder will agree to commence the work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and fully complete the project within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders will pay liquidated damages, the sum of $1500 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter.
