Work will consist of new sidewalks; fencing; site furnishings and shade structures; landscaping and sodding; irrigation; drainage; and wood decks. Bids, amendments to bids, or requests for withdrawal of bids, received after the time specified for bid opening shall not be considered for any cause whatsoever, except as required by law.
