Alternate 1: Pedestrian Bridge Alternate 2: 5th Floor Training Room Alternate 3: Outdoor Shade Canopy Alternate 4: Grooved mechanical Joint Couplings and Fittings Alternate 5: Door Hardware The estimated cost is $17-18 million. Addendum #1-#3 have been released. Addendum #4 has been released. Addendum #5 has been released. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to completely construct the proposed project in strict conformity and in accordance with the design plans and specifications prepared for Pinal County by DLR Group Architects and their Associated Firms. The work is to be accomplished in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the Pinal County Facilities Management Director and of the Architect/Engineer of Record. This work shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards of the Industry in use at the time of the signing of this contract. All Work shall commence within ten (10) calendar days from the issuance date of the written "Notice to Proceed" and be completed within Four Hundred Twenty (420) calendar days from the issuance date of the written "Notice to Proceed.
