Renovation of a water / sewer project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Las Vegas ("Owner") hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified as a construction manager/general contractor ("Applicants"), to submit written Proposals for the performance of construction manager at risk services for the WPCF Headworks Rehabilitation Project (Located at 6005 E. Vegas Valley Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89142). Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin June 2026, and construction is anticipated to begin July 2028, with estimated completion July 2030. Estimated Project Cost: $61, 000,000 - $70,528,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
