As of November 1, 2019 the project has been awarded to SCOTT EXCAVATION INC for $37,547.50. Furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for G XI LON 19, Bond Forfeiture, Clay County, Kentucky, as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings prepared by and approved by the Department for Facilities and Support Services of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and under the terms and conditions to this Request for Bid The Division of Abandoned Mine Lands wishes to receive bids to perform reclamation work on approximately 167 acres of mine land in Clay County, Kentucky. The work will consist of earthwork, gradework and revegetation of 4 bond forfeiture permit(s) No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Bids may be withdrawn in person only, prior to the closing date for receipt of bids. The Division of Contracting & Administration, Commonwealth of Kentucky, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth may be served. Estimated Length of Project: (Substantial Completion) + March 31, 2020 (Final Completion)
