Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Governors Island's secondary electrical system, which includes the electrical downstream of the selector switches to the load centers or services switches inside Island buildings, is aging and requires repair. Power failures frequently occur, causing disruptions to Island tenants and activities. Due to the critical condition of the system, The LiRo Group (LiRo), on behalf of the Trust for Governors Island (TGI), is requesting proposals in order to procure an electrical contractor to perform rehabilitation and upgrade services on the Island's secondary electrical distribution system.
