Site work for a municipal facility in Glasgow, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The program of work for which bids are to be submitted consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Gas Collection System Expansion. Questions concerning the project will be accepted until the end of business on October 15, 2019 and final addendums will be issued no later than October 16, 2019. Prevailing wage rates do not apply for this project. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of bid opening. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the AntiKickback Act, and the Contract Work Hours Standard Act. Bidder is hereby notified of requirement for "Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity" (Executive Order 11246), Section 3, Segregated Facility, and Section 109 and Executive Order No. 11375 and any amendments or supplements to these Executive Orders. Bidders must certify they do not and will not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated or based on race, color, creed, or national origin. Minorities and small businesses are encouraged to submit bids on this project. The City of Glasgow reserves the right to waive any bidding informalities and to reject any or all bids, for any reason deemed advisable. A certified check or Bid Bond payable to City of Glasgow, Kentucky in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid shall accompany the Bid.
