Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Hanover Township, Lehigh County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above. Approximately 1,700 LF of existing curb removal and construction of new curb. Questions must be submitted on or before 10/30/2019 3:00 PM
