Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Princeton, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 180,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
The scope of work includes the phased installation of the new roof system that will be installed in such a manner as to maintain a watertight integrity on a daily basis. Over the cleaned and prepared substrate, a 60 mil PVC membrane shall be installed in order to meet the project's ASCE-7 wind up-lift requirements. All flashing membranes and PVC coated clad metal will be installed in accordance with the PVC manufacturer's specifications or recommendations. The completed roof system, PVC manufacturer's supplied accessories, and polyisocyanurate insulation shall be installed in such a manner so that the PVC manufacturer's Twenty- (20) year Full Systems (NDL) Warranty can be issued upon successful completion of the roofing project. This project consists of a new two-story 9th & 10th Grade Center 180,000 SF and associated site work. This building will include an ICC 500 storm shelter.
