Time for completion of the work is limited to 60 working days. Each bid proposal shall be accompammed by a bid proposal depesot in cash, certified check, cashiers check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to ateast 5 percent of the amount of the bid proposal. Checks shall be made payable toe the City of East Wenatchee. Should the successful bidder fail / to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kast Wenatchee.
