The intent of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to engage a qualified and experienced company to provide construction management services as agent for the Cape Breton Regional Municipality Healthcare Redevelopment, Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, NS Clinical Services Addition. (the "Project") on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal Major Projects Division ("DTIR") in accordance with the Agreement between the Province of Nova Scotia and the Construction Manager. Prospective proponents planning to attend the information session should register and email the following information through the Ariba Sourcing Event Message Board no later than 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the information session: Attendee's full name; Job title; and Company name The information session will be canceled if the RFP Contact does not receive confirmation of intention to attend from any prospective proponents by the deadline as noted. Proponents who do not attend the site meeting will not be precluded from submitting a proposal. Prospective proponents planning to attend the meeting should register via the Ariba Sourcing Event Message Board by no later than 2:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the site assessment and proponent briefing. The site assessment and proponent briefing will be canceled if the RFP Contact does not receive confirmation of intention to attend from any prospective proponents by the deadline as noted. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Requirements - Prior to accessing the event content (RFP and Functional Programmes), Proponents will be required to complete and agree to the NDA within the event. Once this section has been completed, the Province will review your submission.
