**As of November 4, 2021, $1,053,400 Base Bid, 1,034,700 Bid Base Bid with Deductive. 1,078,000 Total Base Bid with Additive Alternative ( Amount not to exceed to be awarded for construction by the council) . Construction anticipated starting Early January. The Town of Addison is requesting bids for the Addison Chloramine Booster Station Improvements project. The project consists of the installation of chloramine storage and dosing facilities and equipment at Surveyor Pump Station. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price payable without recourse to the Town of Addison, from a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Texas as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and Payment Bond within ten (10) calendar days after notice of award of contract to him A Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond will be required by the Owner; each Bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount. Bonds shall be issued by a surety company licensed by the State of Texas to act as a Surety and be listed on the current U.S. Treasury Listing of Approved Sureties. All questions must be received by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, September 21st, 2021. All questions received by this deadline will be answered by 5:00 pm on Friday, September 24th, 2021.
