Paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Replace building electrical service entrance and associated main distribution equipment. Install new 600 KW 208/3/60 generator and associated automatic transfer switch. Provide 72 hours of fuel storage. Generator shall be configured to provide power to the entire building. Verify that the existing generator operation will not be affected by the new generator. Modify mechanical controls to stagger mechanical equipment starts on resumption of power. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and or Bids Amounts. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal. Minority participation goal is 45%. Minority Business Enterprise participation goal is 15%. The deadline to ask questions is 1/12/2023 4:00 PM CST
