The project will be located at 324 Partnership Pkwy, Maryville, TN 37801 and consists of site work and new construction of a 11,500sf pre-engineered metal building housing new administration and customer service spaces and a new 20,000sf pre-engineered metal building for operations. All general contract bidders are encouraged to attend the prebid meeting and suppliers are also invited. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. Submit your offer as required in the bid documents.
