Site work for a water / sewer project in Prescott, Arizona. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Regional lift station located near Granite Creek Park and approximately 25,000 linear feet of 18” sewer force main. The project also includes approximately 2,500 linear feet of 24” sewer trunk main and an 8” branch main. As of March 28, 2025, this project is included in the City of Prescott 2023 - 2028 Budget CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. Lyon Engineering and the City of Prescott are currently working with property owners in acquiring the lift station site along with needed easements. The project design is 60% complete. A firm construction timeline has not been released.
