Renovation of a restaurant in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a restaurant.
Sealed Bids for providing all labor and material for the following Façade Improvement Program projects: BF-112 Athens Family Restaurant, 1005 Seventh Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. MBE, WBE and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply. Standard contract provisions of the Department of HUD Act of 1968 as amended and US Department of Labor for CDBG apply to this project, including Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, Civil Rights, EEO, Federal Public Works, Affirmative Action, Section 3 Requirements, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, EO 11246, 11625 together with all Standard Provisions of CDBG Programs. The County of Beaver, Pennsylvania reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to award Contracts in its best interest.
