Site work for a water / sewer project in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project or Work consists of furnishing, installing and testing approximately 646 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron force main along Bainbridge Boulevard, 2,858 linear feet of 8-inch PVC force main along Shell Road, 214 linear feet of 6-inch force main along Winslow Avenue, 1,634 linear feet of 4-inch PVC force main along Steel Street, and 2,030 linear feet of 8-inch CIPP along Shell Road in Chesapeake, Virginia. The project also includes a 776 linear foot 10-inch HDPE directional drill along Shell Road and abandonment of 8,250 linear feet of 24-inch ductile iron force main across the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River. Procedures for submitting a Bid, claiming an error, withdrawing of Bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders. HRSD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any informalities, or negotiate with the low bidder as described in the Instructions to Bidders.A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted electronically witheach Bid.
