The contractor will have to redevelop a sector for the bagging robot, a narcotics room, the distribution/seizure sector, the common/SE sector, the head offices and pharmacists, a masterful preparation room and several storage spaces for medications . Major work is planned in mechanical room #3 located above the pharmacy as well as on the roof of the hospital for the evacuation of the oncology preparation room. The contractor is responsible for the architectural, ventilation, electrical, structural, plumbing and fire protection work as well as the supply of the various devices and equipment listed in the plans and specifications of the professionals. The contractor must coordinate with the CISSS project manager the installation of certain new equipment (eg sterile hoods) that will be provided by the CISSS. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
