Provide various types of LED Lights for the year 2020 on an as-needed basis for use by the Allen County Highway Department. Materials shall be in accordance with specifications now on file in the Allen County Highway Department and Department of Public Purchase. Individual bids shall be properly and completely executed and submitted on the Bid Forms included in the Project Bid Specifications. Each bid must include one (1) additional copy. Each bid must include a Bid Bond or Certified Check for $500.00 and be attached to top of bid documents. Other required documents include: Indiana Legal Employment Declaration (E-Verify) Non-Collusion Affidavit Statement of Company Equal Employment Opportunity and Non Discrimination Policy Insurance declaration for Workmen's Compensation, Public Liability and Property Damage and other coverage as required. Bid deposits of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned upon the award of the contract. Bonds of successful bidders will be held until satisfactory delivery of product or successful completion of the contract, such period of time not to exceed the maximum length of any product warranty associated with said contract. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Allen, Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the invitation to Bid, the right to multiple awards, and reserves the right to waive irregularities.
