The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666 for Hopkins Street Improvements Project Scope of the Project includes, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of Hopkins Street, installation of water and wastewater mains, drainage improvements, paving, sidewalks, erosion control, and traffic control on Hopkins Street from Bishop Street to Moore Street. This Project is being funded, in part, with Federal funds provided by the United States Department of Transportation ("USDOT"), Federal Highway Administration Program which is administered by the State of Texas through the Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT") through a Local Transportation Project Advance Funding Agreement for an Off-System Metropolitan Mobility and Rehabilitation Project CSJ #0914- 33-074 and is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Award is scheduled for the December 3, 2019, City Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. or any subsequent time.
