Description

Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Leesburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

The City of Leesburg is soliciting Statements of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Citys Teen Enrichment Center. The new facility is expected to be 10,000 square feet and be located adjacent to the Citys existing Gymnasium located at 1851 Griffin Road, Leesburg, Florida 34748. The City will be selecting a qualified Construction Manager at Risk company in accordance with Florida Statutes 255.103 & 287.055. The successful respondent will provide both pre-construction and construction services on this project. Estimated Construction Cost: $2,750,000
